About the role
We are looking for a Senior Manager - BPO & Global Shared Services with a strong background in recruitment, sales, and presentation skills. Please review and provide feedback before finalizing the job description. You will report to the CEO directly.
The successful candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and developing and executing business strategies to drive growth. This is a senior leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the recruitment industry, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal stakeholders.
Roles and responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Assist clients recruit, operate talent in India per their requirements
- Operate and manage the captive unit for the client ranging from HR, payroll, staff augmentation, compliance, billing and finance
- Identify new business opportunities within existing client bases and develop strategies to expand services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop solutions that meet client needs.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue for the outsourced center.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform business decisions.
- Lead a team of sales, account management, and delivery professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Coach, mentor, and develop team members to improve performance and achieve career goals.
- Ensure seamless integration of client services with internal operations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of services.
- Prepare regular reports on client satisfaction, sales performance, and business growth.
- Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Skills and Requirements
- Must have setup a captive unit for an client in India
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in similar role
- Should have a recruiting background with some sales and presentation background.
- Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving business growth.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven experience in developing sales strategies to drive growth.
- Strong understanding of client needs and ability to deliver exceptional service.
- Proven ability to lead teams effectively and build strong relationships with stakeholders.
