Position Title: Senior Manager - BIW Maintenance

About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Manager for BIW (Body in White) Maintenance to join our team in the engineering and manufacturing sector. The role requires expertise in BIW maintenance operations, ensuring optimal performance of manufacturing facilities and adherence to production schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintenance Strategy: Develop and implement maintenance strategies for BIW systems and equipment to maximize uptime and minimize downtime.
- Team Leadership: Lead a team of maintenance professionals, including technicians and engineers, ensuring effective coordination and productivity.
- Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the preventive and corrective maintenance of BIW machinery and equipment to ensure reliability and longevity.
- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve technical issues related to BIW systems promptly, minimizing disruptions to production.
- Budget Management: Manage the maintenance budget, optimizing resource allocation and controlling costs effectively.
- Safety and Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies in all maintenance activities.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance BIW maintenance processes, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for specialized maintenance services and spare parts procurement.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment performance, and compliance reports.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background: B.Tech/B.E in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
- Experience: 4-12 years of experience in BIW maintenance within the engineering and manufacturing industry, with significant experience in a managerial role.
