Senior Manager - Banking

The Role:

Senior Manager's primary responsibilities include overseeing end to end fulfillment team's daily, weekly and monthly production goals, while ensuring the level of expected service, and quality and integrity of the loans are maintained. The Senior Manager will be responsible for daily interaction with stakeholders to ensure internal/ external goals are tracked and achieved and provide guidance/support with any challenges or areas of focus, and ensuring opportunities are addressed with a plan identified for success. Candidates must possess a strong sense of urgency with an ability to work in a team environment, maintaining excellent organizational, communication, with expertise in Banking Domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive culture of continuous improvement in the operational metrics, in support of organization goal and business process through use of tools and methodology
• Interact with clients on a regular basis for daily operational activities manager vice levels and staffing plan
• Manage P&L and achieve target Gross Profit
• Ensure routine establishment and daily adherence in day-to-day operations for all roles in the unit structure.
• Drive compliance to Client mandates and audits
• Track and report various key performance indicators to leadership and motivate staff.
• Create an environment of high performance and high employee engagement leading to better retention of staff.
• Expertise in banking domain. Good understanding of Onboarding, KYC and AML would be preferred.

• Ability to lead varying levels of skill sets across multiple teams thorough knowledge of MS Office tools is must. Specifically, MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint. Knowledge of
• VBA, Power Apps will be a plus Acts as a champion for the customer/client, ensuring decisions and actions help achieve their goals.
• Experience of managing >150 FTEs and direct reports as Assistant/ Operations Managers

• Any Graduate
• 8+ Years of relevant experience.
