Designation: Senior Manager / AVP CRE
Role & Responsibilities:
- Looking for a commercial real estate expert who can assess client requirements, initiate & maintain client interaction, participate in proposal discussions.
- Nurture & lead the team to achieve business goals.
- Prepare information memorandums, financial analysis, market intelligence.
- Ensuring optimum client service delivery and engagement - calls, meetings, site visits, presentations, follow up, accurate & timely submission of company proposals to prospective clientele and overall governance during the execution phase for customers.
- Understanding and clearly outlining objectives of the clients requirement and assignments.
- Strategize the work for quality and timely delivery. Help achieve timely submission by understanding client's objectives and aligning the same with proper coordination to business leads.
Sounds like you To apply you need to be:
- Graduate with a 5+ years of experience commercial real estate.
- Excellent communication & inter personal skills. Strong analytical, proven negotiation & financial skills with the ability to adapt to change
- Agile and flexible approach to role responsibilities.
- Startup mindset with a proactive attitude.
- Self-starter, confident, collaborative with ability to multi task and work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point)
- Ability to deliver under challenging scenarios
