Responsibilities
The Site Manager will be responsible for the following:
- Leading and coordinating all on-site activities, including construction, installation
- Ensuring strict compliance with safety regulations and standards at all times
- Overseeing project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion
- Managing site budgets, resources, and procurement processes
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize site performance and efficiency
- Leading, mentoring, and developing on-site personnel to drive a culture of excellence and continuous improvement
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
- Providing regular updates and reports on site operations to senior management
- Identifying and mitigating potential risks and obstacles to ensure project success
Building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, local communities, and regulatory bodies
Qualifications
Qualification: B.E/ B.Tech- Civil/ Electrical
Experience: 15-18 Years
