Responsibilities

Developing and implementing comprehensive business strategies to drive growth and profitability
Leading cross-functional teams to execute strategic initiatives and achieve business objectives
Conducting market research and analysis to identify industry trends and competitive dynamics
Assessing and evaluating new business opportunities, partnerships, and investments
Collaborating with senior leadership to align business strategies with organizational goals
Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented strategies and making necessary adjustments
Communicating strategic recommendations to key stakeholders and presenting findings to the executive team
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external business partners
Contributing to the development of annual business plans and budgets
Identifying operational efficiencies and process improvements to optimize business performance

Qualifications

Master of Business Administration (MBA) from a reputed institution or equivalent degree in a relevant field
5-8 years of experience in consulting/corporate strategy roles (digital experience would be an added advantage)
Proven track record in developing and implementing successful business strategies
Demonstrated experience in leading and managing teams
