Description
An Experienced male candidate with 9- 15 yrs of exp in handling the entire gamut of accounts .This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company
- Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and regulations
- Lead the preparation and analysis of financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide strategic financial advice and guidance to senior management
- Manage the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and reporting
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and ensure timely submission of financial reports
- Manage the audit process and work closely with external auditors
- Lead and mentor a team of finance and accounting professionals
Skills and Qualifications
- 7-15 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting
- Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, CA (Inter)
- Solid understanding of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting and tax matters
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office and accounting software
