- Minimum 6+ years of experience in core accounting.
- English communications should be good.
- Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of accurate and timely financial reports, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Ensure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting process and provide financial projections and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Monitor actual financial performance against budget and forecast, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions as needed.
- Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and professional development opportunities.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the finance team.
- Financial Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support business initiatives, investment decisions, and cost optimization efforts.
- Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to track and measure financial performance.
- Internal Controls and Compliance:
- Establish and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors during financial audits and reviews.
- Strategic Planning:
- Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial strategies and goals aligned with the company's objectives.
