- Senior Manager will be responsible for handling our Multiple projects You will be working closely with your team members to ensure that all Program requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track
- Responsibilities include ensuring program deliverables, reviewing all projects on monthly basis, meeting clients regularly, Managing P&L for your accounts and delivering profits and growth
- To be a successful candidate, you will need to have proven experience in Program management and the ability to lead Program and Teams of various sizes.
Senior Manager Responsibilities:
- Coordinating with finance team for Billing and Managing P&L
- Develop, Monitor & Achieve the project KPIs on monthly basis through project managers
- Will be responsible to meet client on monthly basis
- Meeting with Project Managers to Review, identify and resolve issues.
- Ensuring Program deliverables and adherence to reporting quality standards.
- Presenting Project status reports by gathering, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information on monthly basis
- Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.
- Identifying and developing new opportunities with clients.
- Ensuring high service standards for clients
Team Management:
Client Relationship Management:
- Maintains client relationship
- Managing P&L for his/her accounts on monthly basis
Requirements
- Experienced & Professional Individuals (Modern Trade / General trade experience)
- Minimum 10 years in handling Sales programs /FMCG/Service
- FMCG, Retailing & Merchandising preferred
- Preferably MBA in Marketing & Sales
- Excellent communications skills
- Strong Team management skills
Language: Strong Command over English
