with over 7 years of experience
to join our team in Baner, Pune
, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying medium-scale projects
with a focus on generative AI
and Large Language Models (LLMs)
using Azure
, AWS
, or OpenAI
platforms. You will ensure high-quality, modular code through TDD
, code reviews, and best practices, while maintaining the scalability, performance, reliability, and security
of applications.
As a senior team member, you will make architectural decisions
, mentor junior engineers
, manage project risks, and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. You'll also automate deployment processes, integrate CI/CD pipelines
, and keep up with the latest technology trends to drive innovation within the team. Effective communication with clients and cross-functional teams is essential in this role.
- Analyze, design, develop, deploy and maintain medium scale projects. Write modular, reusable and excellent quality code through TDD, code reviews and implementation of best practices. Ensure the same within the team
- Experience in generative AI domain.
- Exposure to building LLM's (Large Language Models) for different problem statements using Azure/AWS/Open AI
- Make architectural decisions in collaboration with technology experts, ensure proper technical documentation.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability and security of the application
- Be involved in project risk analysis and mitigation, continuously review problems to determine the root cause in order to prevent them in the future.
- Automate deployments, integrate CI and perform manual deployments when needed.
- Mentor and share knowledge within the team and outside the team as well when necessary and help in the continuous growth of junior team members.
- Be actively involved in ensuring implementation of organizational culture, process, and standards in the team.
- Communicate effectively with the client and team.
- Keep up with technology trends, implement trending technologies within the project and provide training to the team.
