EXPERIENCE:

Media & Entertainment Lawyer having requisite experience of Relevant non- litigation background experience

The candidate must have excellent communication skills and drafting skills. Remuneration and designation shall depend upon previous experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Drafting of various Agreements including but not limited to Production Services, Licenses, and Acquisitions.

2. Vetting/reviewing of all forms of Agreements and Contracts.

3. Coordinating with Clients.

4. Drafting and replying to notices and complaints

5. Handling ancillary Non-Litigation work.
