Job Description

  • Candidate from Pune or ready to relocate to Pune should apply
  • Candidate with 12 to 16 years of experience in LLB and CS should apply

Job Description

  • Knowledge and understanding of EPC Contracts, financing documents, PPA, fuel supply and other project documents
  • Knowledge in the energy sector, construction & infrastructure, project finance, M&A and general corporate law.
  • Knowledge of M&A processes
  • Knowledge of Indian power regulation a plus
  • Ability to provide commercially sound legal advice in respect of projects under development as well as in adversarial legal proceedings
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills - able to influence and persuade others
  • Personal stature to represent the Group in contacts with counterparts
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English
  • Ability to work within a team of members from varying cultural backgrounds as well as with counterparts of varying cultural backgrounds

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • 12+ years of overall experience
  • LLB + CS is preferred
  • Open to Pune as a location.
  • Candidate should come with experience dealing with Energy & Natural Resources industry, Infrastructure, Power etc
