Operations Learning Team's role is to partner with Operations Leadership to drive strategic business goals. We constantly engage with stakeholders to understand their learning needs, create and deliver a variety of custom learning solutions - using latest trends and learning technologies that are engaging, timely & cost effective.
As a Senior Learning Consultant, you will be responsible for working with Operations managers to define and outline their specialized and advanced learning requirements for their teams. You will be responsible for training coordination, leading and executing learning global projects, sourcing and liaising with appropriate vendors, reports generation and analysis, measuring training effectiveness and coaching. In this role you will help oversee the execution and implementation of the learning initiatives as well as support the learning function from an administration, reporting, process, operational and logistical perspective.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Learning Manager in Gdynia, the Senior Learning Consultant works with a global team that provides learning and development opportunities to Operations employees located around the globe. In this role, he/she will:
- Lead in the design and delivery of learning solutions based on business requirements
- Designs, develops & delivers learning solutions (courses, synchronous & asynchronous eLearning, performance support etc.) taking into consideration the most appropriate learning medium for the audience. This includes solutions on emerging technologies.
- Build and maintain partnerships and relationships with the Operations stakeholders, being a central point of contact for all learning activities. Works with stakeholders including middle/senior managers to identify learning requirements vs. non learning requirements and ensure learning activities support business objectives
- Liaise with Learning Managers, Program Managers, Senior Learning Consultants, Learning Consultants, and stakeholders in establishing learning needs
- Collaborate with global learning teams that may have differing priorities, working/cultural to implement best practices and provide back-up support utilizing cross functional methods whenever possible
- Create and maintain process and training documents and lead and execute technical learning projects
- Deliver face-to-face and virtual training sessions
- Perform administrative duties such as maintenance of training calendar, booking of training rooms, preparing training certificates, consolidation and analysis of training reports and records
- Plan and communicate learning schedules/ learning calendar
- Ensure all training delivered is logged into the Learning Management System and is up-to-date with relevant content
- Maintains a body of learning material and expertise on behalf of the wider team in an area of personal specialism
What You Need To Bring
- 2+ years experience in a Learning and Development role including:
- The design and delivery of L&D programs to address specific needs, knowledge and/or interest in emerging technologies such as: AI, Power Platforms, No-code, Low-code solutions, Cloud will be an advantage.
- Excellent facilitation and training delivery skills
- Management of training programs across multiple skill sets
- Reporting on the measurable outcomes of training
- A practical understanding of performance measurement techniques and statistics
- Strong consulting, facilitation and meetings management, learning needs analysis, design and development, training facilitation, evaluation, and coaching and mentoring skills
- Knowledge of Project Management techniques
- Strong relationship and engagement skills
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to provide targeted feedback
- Strong organizational skills and ability to engage with multiple learning participants and groups on an on-going basis
- Understanding of the organization and the products, content, and services provided
- Ability to produce and deliver results in an environment where stretch objectives are continually set to meet increasing customer expectations
- Proven ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; Takes responsibility for the quality and timeliness of their work and the team's deliverables
- A positive can-do attitude demonstrates commitment, drive, energy and enthusiasm
- Initiates dialogue, encourages discussion and shares knowledge willingly and proactively
- Working knowledge of latest trends in Learning & Development
- Fully PC literate, extensive knowledge of Office 365 applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc)
