Lead Engineer - Salesforce Development to join our ever evolving Enterprise Sales team to help us unleash the potential of every business.

About The Team
As part of the CRM & Sales Tools team within Global Enterprise, you will build and develop the strategic CRM tools to enable Sales, Marketing, Demand Generation, Customer Support and other supporting company departments to maximise operational leverage in serving our customers globally.
What You Will Own
- In this role you will develop and improve the system through analysing and reviewing business, functional, and technical requirements
- Work with Technology and Product teams to understand sales processes and do software development in Salesforce Sales, Service, Community clouds along with Salesforce CPQ and Apptus applications
- Integrations into internal and external systems leveraging the latest API technologies and techniques
- Single Sign-on (SSO) creation, enhancing and maintaining across different portals and systems
- Development follows Agile practices with a global development team
- Optimize existing codebase and system architecture with a focus on increased efficiency and automation
- Collaborate with cross-functional leadership teams to analyze proposed enhancements in functionality and provide analysis and solution design expertise
- Customize Salesforce to match business requirements assuring data quality
- You will administer setup, customization and configuration including but not limited to the following: standard and custom objects, data management, reports and dashboards, workflows and alerts, flows, user and security settings
- You will also support the day-to-day running of the business within Salesforce, which includes interacting with business users, technology partners, and sourcing partners

What You Bring
- Salesforce Developer DEV401/Platform Developer 1 certification
- 6+ years Salesforce coding experience
- 6+ years of Salesforce development / implementation on a global or enterprise level
- 2+ years Sales Cloud experience
- 1+ Years Service Cloud experience
Added Bonus If You Have
- Community Cloud experience
- Marketing Cloud experience
- Lightning component experience
- Salesforce CPQ
- Salesforce Advanced Developer DEV501/Platform Developer 2 certification
