We're seeking an experienced Analog Design Engineer to join our Audio Group, responsible for designing and developing state-of-the-art audio amplifiers. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of analog circuit design, and the ability to drive projects from concept to production.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Design and Development:
- Lead the design and development of high-performance analog circuits from signal chain domain to high power domain .
- Ensure designs meet specified performance, quality, and reliability standards.
- Conduct design reviews and provide technical guidance to team members.
2. Innovation and Continuous Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in analog design and audio technology.
- Encourage innovation and the adoption of new technologies within the team.
- Continuously improve design processes and methodologies.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
- Work closely with other engineering teams to integrate analog designs into larger systems.
- Communicate project status, challenges, and solutions to senior management and stakeholders.
- Interface with customers and partners as needed to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- 3-10 years of experience in Analog circuit design, with a focus on audio amplifiers (Signal Chain)
- Strong knowledge of Analog design principles, including low-noise, low-distortion, and high-efficiency circuits.
- Proficiency with EDA tools for schematic capture, simulation, and PCB layout.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in leading full chip activity like circuit block spec definition, top-level simulations, design verification and design for test.
- Good grasp of basic digital design fundamentals, Understanding of DV flows & tools.
- Good mentoring, communication, presentation skills and teamwork.
