We are looking for a Senior Java Engineer with Data Structures and Algorithms to work remotely on our cloud-based product. As a member of our team, you will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving while focusing on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be responsible for the development and improvement of the product using cloud technologies. Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement new features
- Write clean, modular, and testable code that adheres to best practices
- Create and maintain documentation for the product and its features
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers
- Ensure code quality and maintainability through continuous refactoring
- Design and implement efficient data storage solutions using SQL and NoSQL tools
- Implement APIs and Integration standards for seamless system integration
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery of the product
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to their professional growth
- Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, retrospectives, and stand-up meetings
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java development
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Knowledge of React.js for front-end development
- Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Languages
- Knowledge of Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Expertise in Clean Code principles for code quality and maintainability
- Experience with System Design for scalable, high-performance systems
- Proficiency in Microservices and Spring for building distributed systems
- Experience with API and Integration Standards for seamless system integration
- Proficient in SQL and NoSQL tools for data management
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery
- Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of competency
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience with AWS Lambda for serverless computing
- Experience with Elasticsearch for search and analytics
