Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain premium software solutions using Java and associated technologies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to dissect requirements and formulate innovative solutions
- Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless integration with other systems
- Design and develop scalable microservices architecture using Spring Boot and related frameworks
- Adhere to software development best practices by crafting clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and standards
- Deploy and manage software applications on Amazon Web Services (AWS) or similar cloud platforms
- Troubleshoot and debug software issues, providing immediate solutions
- Stay updated with emerging trends and technologies in software development
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field
- 4+ years of relevant Java programming language experience, including a deep understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Familiarity with languages such as Kotlin, Scala, or Go
- Comprehensive understanding of Clean Code with System design and analysis
- Proficiency in Microservices, API & Integration Standards, SQL, and NoSQL tools
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with ReactJS, Spring, and CI/CD tools and practices
- Experience in optimizing complex systems with transactions, high-load systems
- Proven history of creating out of the box solutions
- Exceptional requirement elicitation skills and a big-picture view
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage complex issues
- A proven history of delivering high-quality software products
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal (Upper-Intermediate Level)
Nice to have
- Proficiency in React Native and mobile development
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
