Job description (Roles and Responsibilities) - - Develop Java services for configurations that will serve as the backend for web applications, exposed as REST services. - Create JUnit tests, Integration tests. - Handle the build and deployment of services. - Execute proof-of-concept (PoC) projects to explore and introduce new technologies. - Prepare design documentation and customer-facing documentation. - Ensure compliance with organizational and project quality processes. - Work independently, taking complete ownership of tasks. Qualifications: - A graduate with a BE/BTech degree in Computer Science ( Preferred). - At least 6 years of experience in developing software applications using Java and database technologies. - Hands-on experience in Java development projects (JDK 11 and above). - Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes. - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Experience in creating JUnit tests. - Exposure to Micro-Services, Spring Boot, JDBC/SQL, and REST API frameworks is an added advantage.
