We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our
remote team. You will play a critical role in the development and improvement of our product, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and working in a cloud environment. Your role will involve working on high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations, with a focus on quality. You will need to have experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of complex systems with transactions. You will also be responsible for monitoring and mentoring junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve our product, demonstrating ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and working in a cloud environment
- Work on high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations with a focus on quality
- Optimize complex systems with transactions and work with high-loaded systems
- Monitor and mentor junior team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Participate in technology strategy and planning to meet business objectives
- Contribute to the continuous refinement of the development process
- Ensure code quality by adhering to coding standards and participating in code reviews
- Create and maintain technical documentation
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience with Java
- Expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimization of a complex system with transactions
- Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go languages
- AWS experience is a must-have
- Experience with ReactJS
- Clean Code expertise and System Design knowledge
- Microservices and Spring proficiency
- API & Integration Standards knowledge
- SQL and NoSQL database tools proficiency
- Proficiency with CI/CD
- Out of the box solution thinking
- Requirement elicitation experience
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) level of English proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with CloudFormation and Terraform for infrastructure as code
