We are seeking a
Senior Java Developer with Data Structures and Algorithms to join our
remote team, working on developing and improving our cloud-based product. The successful candidate will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude towards problem-solving, with a focus on quality, delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. This is an exciting opportunity for a developer with experience in Java, React.js, and a deep understanding of microservices and system design to join our team and make a significant contribution to the development of our product.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve the cloud-based product using Java and React.js
- Design and implement scalable and maintainable microservices architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Ensure code quality and adherence to best practices
- Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior developers
- Contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and methodologies
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the product's competitiveness
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java development, ideally in a remote environment
- Expertise in React.js for front-end development
- A deep understanding of data structures and algorithms
- Experience with Kotlin, Scala, or Go languages
- Familiarity with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
- Knowledge of Clean Code practices
- Experience with system design and microservices architecture
- Strong knowledge of APIs and integration standards
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL tools
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
- Familiarity with Spring Framework
- B2+ English level
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, etc.)
- Experience with JavaScript frameworks (Angular, Vue.js, etc.)
- Experience with Agile development methodologies
