We are looking for a
Senior Java Developer (Data Structures and Algorithms) to join our
remote team and focus on improving our cloud-based product. As a member of our development team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality products that exceed customer expectations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving. You will be working with Java, React.js, Kotlin/Scala/Go, AWS, Clean Code, System Design, Microservices, API & Integration Standards, SQL and NoSQL tools, CI/CD, and Spring, so a deep knowledge of these technologies is essential.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality software using Java and React.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and deploy new features and services
- Participate in code reviews and ensure high code quality standards, including Clean Code
- Design and implement scalable microservices
- Ensure seamless integration of APIs and services with third-party systems
- Work with AWS services like EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.
- Participate in the CI/CD pipeline and ensure smooth deployment of new features and services
- Take ownership of the project and demonstrate a proactive attitude toward problem-solving
- Collaborate with the team and mentor junior developers to ensure high code quality and adherence to development standards
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience with Java and React.js
- Expertise in Data Structure and Algorithms
- Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go,
- Experience with AWS
- Proficiency with Clean Code
- Knowledge of System Design
- Experience with Microservices and Spring
- Familiarity with API & Integration Standards
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL tools
- Knowledge of CI/CD
- Experience in requirement elicitation
- Fluent in English with an upper-intermediate level of proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience in DevOps and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, etc.
- Experience in Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies
