We are seeking a
Senior Java Developer (Data Structures and Algorithms) to join our
remote team and work on developing and improving our product. As a professional with expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms, you will demonstrate ownership and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving, with a focus on delivering high-quality products that meet or exceed customer expectations. You will be expected to think out of the box and create solutions for high-loaded systems, optimizing complex systems with transactions. Additionally, you will monitor and mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow as professionals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and improve our product, working in a cloud environment
- Create out of the box solutions for high-loaded systems
- Monitor and mentor junior team members
- Ensure quality of the products delivered, meeting or exceeding customer expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes
Requirements
- At least 4 years of experience in Java development with expertise in Data Structures and Algorithms
- Experience working with high-loaded systems and optimizing complex systems with transactions
- Knowledge of Kotlin/Scala/Go languages, AWS, and ReactJS
- Expertise in Clean Code and System Design
- Proficiency in Microservices and Spring, and with CI/CD processes
- Experience with API & Integration Standards and SQL and NoSQL tools
- Ownership experience and big picture view mindset
- Ability to create out of the box solutions
- Requirement elicitation experience
- Upper-Intermediate English level proficiency
Nice to have
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
