We seek a seasoned
Senior Java Developer with proficiency in AWS, ReactJS, and Data Structures and Algorithms for a
work-from-home role in our product development team.
This position calls for ownership and proactivity in maneuvering through challenges. As an experienced Java Developer, your fundamental role will involve augmenting and developing our product by providing superior solutions that exceed customer standards.
Responsibilities
- Conceptualizing, crafting, and preserving of top-quality software solutions using Java and related technologies
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, rendering creative solutions
- Construction and maintenance of fluid RESTful APIs for integration with various systems
- Architectural development of a scalable microservices framework via Spring Boot and similar frameworks
- Production of clean, maintainable, and testable code in line with software development best practices
- Participation in stringent code reviews to ensure code quality and standard compliance
- Deployment and management of software applications on cloud platforms such as AWS
- Software issues diagnosis and prompt resolution
- Keeping up with evolving trends and technological advancements in software development
Requirements
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field
- A minimum of 4 years relevant experience in Java programming language, along with profound knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
- Familiarity with Kotlin, Scala, or Go Language
- Comprehensive understanding of Clean Code principles with proficiency in system design and analysis
- Proficiency in Microservices, API and Integration Standards, SQL, and NoSQL tools
- Expertise in Amazon Web Services
- Familiarity with ReactJS, Spring, and proficiency in CI/CD tools and practices
- Excellent requirement elicitation skills and a holistic perspective
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the aptitude to address complex issues
- A historic performance of delivering high-quality software products
- Proficiency in English written and verbal communication at an Upper-Intermediate Level
Nice to have
- Practical experience in React Native and mobile development
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Scrum framework
