nA Day in the Life
nResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- nCollaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- nConfigure, customize, and maintain SAP SD modules, including integration with other modules like FI, CO, MM and PP.
- nProvide expertise in SAP best practices and advise on system optimizations and enhancements.
- nLead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including Discover, Prepare, Explore, Realize, Deploy and Run.
- nWork with other functional leads in the IT team to ensure that the functional design and configuration in the areas of SAP SD align with SAP best practices.
- nPerform system integration activities ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment.
- nConduct thorough testing of configured solutions to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reliability.
- nTroubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to SAP SOM area and integrations.
- nProvide user training and support during project implementations and post-go-live phases.
- nStay updated on SAP SD trends, technologies, and best practices to continuously improve processes and systems.
nSPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: Typically an individual contributor with responsibility in a professional discipline or specialty. Delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation - while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education.

nRequired Knowledge and Experience:
n7+ years of experience with a bachelors degree or 5+ years of experience with an advanced degree or equivalent work experience.
- nStrong hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Analyst, with a focus on SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA.
- nExperience with SAP upgrade and S/4HANA implementation.
- nExperience with Global rollouts.
- nStrong virtual communication skills across all levels of Business and IT organizations
- nProblem-solving mindset and ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues.
- nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- nAbility to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
