We are looking for a Senior IT Recruiter with 5-8 years of experience to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top IT talent.
• Source candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications.
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and preferences for each role.
• Schedule and conduct in-person interviews with shortlisted candidates.
• Facilitate the negotiation of job offers and prepare employment contracts.
• Maintain accurate records of all recruitment activities and provide regular reports to management.

Skills and Qualifications
