We are seeking an experienced IT Project and Change Manager with expertise in manufacturing ERP/MES systems to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing IT projects, driving organizational change initiatives, and optimizing manufacturing processes through the implementation of ERP/MES solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize IT projects based on strategic alignment, resource availability, and ROI.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
- Develop change management strategies and plans to support organizational initiatives.
- Lead change management activities, including stakeholder engagement, communication, and training.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency improvements within the PMO and change management functions.
- Implement best practices and standard methodologies to enhance project delivery and change adoption.
- Identify potential risks related to IT projects and organizational change initiatives.
- Develop mitigation strategies and ensure timely resolution of issues.

- Hands-on experience in implementing and overseeing the deployment of ERP/MES solutions within a manufacturing environment.
