Internal Control Auditor
Description:
Working in the Corporate Finance department, this position will be responsible for coordinating and executing the day-to-day requirements as defined by Section 404 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, and other internal control projects. The internal Control Manager will work within the Corporate Finance Team, Other NICE professionals and external Advisors as well as our Auditors.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing internal controls over key processes.
- Maintain internal control documentation.
- Design test plans based upon assessed risks.
- Execute testing of controls.
- Identify internal control deficiencies and recommend of related solutions.
- Facilitate the external auditors SOX audit process.
- Remain current on regulatory changes and internal control best practices.
- Follow up on outstanding internal audit findings.
- Special projects as requested.
Education:
- A bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Business Administration
- CPA - an advantage
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years of Risk ManagementAuditSarbanes-Oxley compliance experience
- Fluent English
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Big 4 experience - an advantage
- Information Systems audit experience an advantage
- Internal Audit experience- an advantage
- Travel - some international travel may be required.
