Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Interior Designer. The Senior Interior Designer will be responsible for space planning, architecture, construction drawings, interior design, and FF&E selection. They will collaborate with clients, architects, and contractors to bring design concepts to life. The Senior Interior Designer will also oversee the execution of projects, ensuring quality standards and timelines are met.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in space planning, architecture, and interior design
• Proficiency in creating construction drawings and specifications
• Strong knowledge of FF&E selection and procurement
• Excellent design sense and creativity
• Ability to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite
• Experience in the construction industry is a plus
