Responsibilities:
Lead luxury interior design projects from concept to completion, ensuring exceptional quality and timely delivery.
Utilize AutoCAD and other relevant software to produce detailed project drawings and documentation.
Prepare comprehensive project dockets, including design concepts, material specifications, and installation plans.
Collaborate closely with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to execute design vision effectively.
Stay updated on latest trends, materials, and technologies in luxury interior design.
Oversee material sourcing, procurement, and application, ensuring highest standards of craftsmanship and aesthetics.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers and project teams.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
Minimum 12 years of experience in luxury residential interior design.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
Strong understanding of materials, finishes, and their applications in luxury design projects.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Proven track record of successful project delivery in the luxury residential sector.
