Roles & Responsibilities
- Concept Creation: Crafting innovative design concepts tailored to meet each project's unique requirements.
- Mood Board Magic: Curating mood boards that capture the essence of your design vision, offering clients an inspiring preview.
- Detailed Drawings: Producing precise shop drawings, including lighting layouts and furniture placements, that bring each space to life.
- Design Detailing: Developing comprehensive working drawings and design plans with the aid of CAD software, covering lighting, furniture, and more.
- Industry Insight: Staying attuned to the latest trends, evolutions, and best practices within the industry to keep designs fresh and relevant.
- Site Engagement: Conducting site visits to ensure design accuracy and on-ground alignment.
- Client & Architect Collaboration: Building strong relationships through regular meetings with clients and architects to ensure vision alignment.
Requirements
- A natural flair for creativity, imagination, and an eye for detail.
- Proficiency in design software, including AutoCAD (2D & 3D), 3ds Max, SketchUp, and similar programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a knack for conveying ideas effectively.
- A degree in Interior Design (graduate or postgraduate level).
- Passion for the lighting industry and a commitment to building a career in this dynamic field.
