• Position Overview:

As a Senior Interior Designer at Tesdo.in, the role involves leading and managing design projects from concept through completion. This position requires a deep understanding of design principles, exceptional creativity, and the ability to deliver outstanding results. The Senior Interior Designer will mentor junior designers, build and maintain client relationships, and oversee project budgets and timelines while ensuring design quality and adherence to industry standards.

• Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:

Lead design projects from concept to completion, including developing and presenting design concepts, detailed plans, elevations, and 3D renderings.

• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing support and feedback to enhance their skills.

• Client Management:

Develop and maintain strong client relationships, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver tailored design solutions.

• Conduct client meetings, site visits, and prepare presentations to communicate design ideas and project progress.

• Project Oversight:

Manage project timelines, budgets, and ensure adherence to design standards and client expectations.

• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless project execution.

Conduct site inspections to ensure project compliance and resolve any design or construction issues.

• Material and Resource Management:

Select materials, furnishings, and finishes that align with design concepts and client preferences.

• Source materials and coordinate with vendors and contractors to procure necessary resources.

Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and industry innovations to incorporate cutting-edge solutions into projects.

• Administrative Tasks:

Prepare and manage project scopes, schedules, budgets, and status reports.

• Maintain accurate records of project activities and client interactions.

• Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.

• Extensive experience in interior design with a strong portfolio of completed projects.

Advanced proficiency in design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication, presentation, and client relationship skills.
