Responsibilities:
- Initiate and manage client meetings to understand project requirements, goals, and budget constraints.
- Develop space plans and conceptual designs that enhance aesthetic and functional aspects of interiors.
- Create detailed drawings, layouts, and specifications using CAD software.
- Select materials, furnishings, equipment, lighting, and plumbing fixtures according to project requirements.
- Coordinate with vendors and cross functional teams to oversee project implementation.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Conduct site visits to monitor construction progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control.
- Maintain ongoing communication with clients to provide updates and address concerns.
- Conduct post-project evaluations and follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- 2 years Diploma / Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Interior Design or Architecture
- Proven experience as an Interior Designer with a portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or similar design software.
- Strong creativity, conceptualization, and visualization skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and work effectively under pressure.
