Senior Interior Designer _
(male candidate only)_
_Office Layout Design:
_Spearhead the design of office layouts including workstations, storage solutions, chairs, etc., ensuring functionality, aesthetics, and adherence to client requirements.
_Cost Assessment and Quotations:
_ Assess project costs accurately and prepare detailed quotations for client projects.Client Interaction: Engage with clients for design conceptualization, presentations, and obtaining approvals, maintaining excellent communication and understanding of client needs.
_Project Management:
_Coordinate and manage installers throughout the project life cycle, ensuring seamless implementation and timely delivery.
_Team Leadership:
_ Lead and mentor a team of designers, fostering creativity, collaboration, and high-quality work standards.
_
Team Supervision: _Proven experience in supervising design teams and effectively coordinating with installers for project execution.
_
Design Software Proficiency:_ Proficient in _
Auto Cad for 2D, 3D,_ and _
isometric design, _complemented by expertise in Microsoft Office suite.
_
Quotation Preparation: _Demonstrated ability in preparing accurate project quotations and costing of furniture.
_
Industry Knowledge: _Prior experience working in a modular office furniture company is highly desirable.
