Key Responsibilities:
- Supervising and Managing the sales team, including training, coaching, and performance evaluation of team members.
Collaborating with senior management to set sales targets and goals for the team, and ensuring these are communicated effectively to team members.- Monitoring the sales pipeline to ensure a steady flow of leads and opportunities, and working with team members to progress deals through the pipeline efficiently.
Providing ongoing training and development opportunities for sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.
- Monitoring individual and team performance against targets, providing regular feedback and coaching to support improvement, and implementing corrective actions when necessary.
Lead, motivate, and develop the business development team, ensuring they have the necessary resources, skills, and support to succeed.- Accountable for the planning and execution of lead generation practices by the Business Development team.
Conduct outbound sales activities to generate leads, qualify prospects, and close deals through phone calls, emails, and online presentations.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing customers to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote company services and generate brand awareness.- Track and analyze sales and marketing performance metrics, provide insights, and make recommendations for improvement..
Skills required:- 1 to 2 years experience in IT Sales, preferably in a B2B environment.
Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Experience working with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
