Role: Senior Inside Sales Manager - (Channel partnership & Program Sales)
We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our channel acquisition efforts and drive program sales. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in building and managing successful inside sales teams. This role involves developing and implementing sales strategies to acquire new channel partners, as well as overseeing program sales initiatives. The Inside Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.
Channel Acquisition:
Develop and execute strategies to identify and acquire new channel partners.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of potential partners through proactive outreach, networking, and relationship-building.
Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns and materials to attract potential channel partners. Program Sales:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed program sales targets.
Work closely with product management and marketing teams to understand program offerings and market positioning.
Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for program expansion and improvement. Client Engagement:
Foster strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sales to onboarding and ongoing support.
Gather client feedback to improve products and services and enhance overall client satisfaction. Entrepreneurial Leadership for Sales Achievement:
Instill an entrepreneurial culture within the sales team, inspiring a proactive mindset towards achieving and surpassing sales targets.
Encourage a continuous improvement mindset, where team members are empowered to suggest and implement new ideas and strategies for achieving ambitious sales numbers.
