The Role: As the Associate Senior Manager, lead revenue revolution, channel optimization, and team expansion. Utilize world-class sales practices, innovative strategies, and expert leadership to drive exponential growth and foster a high-performance culture, propelling the team to unparalleled success.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Drive 2-3X growth in revenue every 6 months through people and world class sales practices
Lift conversion ratio from current channels by identifying gaps and rigorously working on a 360 degree approach leading to doubling lead to conversion ratio.
Come up with Product Pricing & Product Innovation to multiply revenues.
Drive growth of the sales team from 50 to 500+ in 18 months by hiring talent.
Design industry beating incentive structures, sales challenges (monthly/weekly), compensation plans, etc
Set a high performance culture, energy and cohesiveness so that sales teams are working with high energy
Constantly mentor, coach and train team leads, managers and senior managers.
CTC: Upto 18LPA Fixed (Plus Incentives)
Competencies:
Demonstrated experience of driving top results in B2C Sales with 20+ crore annual targets.
Experience in handling a sales team with 50+ associates, leads and managers.
Excellent communication skills and strong mastery over written and verbal English.
Highly self motivated, able to work with a target driven mindset.
Minimum 5+ years experience in similar roles in education and related industries.
MBA from Tier 1 institute (ISB, IIM, XLRI etc) preferred
