We are seeking a motivated Sales Fresher to join our dynamic sales team in India. As a Sales Fresher, you will undergo comprehensive training to understand our products/services and sales techniques. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to start their career in sales.
Responsibilities:
- Learn about our products/services and the sales process through training sessions and shadowing experienced sales representatives.
- Assist in identifying potential customers and generating leads.
- Learn how to effectively communicate product features and benefits to prospective customers.
- Participate in sales meetings and team-building activities.
- Collaborate with senior sales team members to achieve sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (2023 preferable)
- Freshers & Exp. 4+yrs
- Strong desire to work in sales and develop a career in this field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
