The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional communication skills.
- Develop and implement architectural solutions for enterprise infrastructure, including cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and technology trends.
- Assess current infrastructure, identify gaps, and recommend improvements to optimize performance and scalability.
- Lead and manage infrastructure projects from conception through implementation, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Ensure infrastructure complies with security standards and regulatory requirements. Implement measures to safeguard data and systems.
- Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Work closely with other IT teams (development, security, operations) to ensure cohesive technology solutions.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Deep understanding of networking, storage, virtualization, and server technologies.
- Knowledge of security frameworks and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR). Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect) are highly desirable.
