Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior IT Support Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining, optimizing, and troubleshooting our IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across various locations in the Delhi NCR region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation and Configuration:

Set up and configure computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.

Install and configure CCTV, biometric systems, EPBAX, audio-visual systems, and medical devices.

• System Monitoring and Maintenance:

Continuously monitor and maintain computer systems and networks to ensure optimal performance.

Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues promptly.

• Technical Repairs and Support:

Repair and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, cameras, scanners, and UPS systems.

Provide technical support and troubleshooting for IoT technology used in medical devices.

• Vendor Coordination:

Collaborate with vendors for the procurement and maintenance of IT hardware and software.

Ensure cost-effective solutions through in-house repairs and minimal reliance on external service providers.

• Networking Expertise:

Maintain and troubleshoot internet connections, LAN, and Wi-Fi networks.

Ensure network security and optimal performance

Qualifications and Experience:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum of 3 years in technical support or IT support roles.

Skills:

• Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Proficiency in installing and maintaining printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
• Expertise in CCTV, biometric, EPBAX, audio-visual systems, and medical devices.
• In-depth understanding of IoT technology and its applications in medical devices.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate technical information in simple terms.
• Ability to work under strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
