5+ years of recruiting experience; agency experience preferred ay least two years of IT Staffing full lifecycle recruitment

5+years of technical recruiting Outstanding customer service skills and a strong sense of urgency Ability to understand required skills/experience/target profile, develop job descriptions and screening criteria Internet search/sourcing skills

Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)

Strong working knowledge in recruiting consultants offshore. Using Portals, 3Social media, vendor list, client contacts and Networking.
