Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with 5+ years of proven expertise in full-cycle recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified candidates for IT positions. You will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure a smooth hiring process, using modern tools and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for IT roles (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts)
• Source candidates using various methods including job boards, social media, and networking
• Conduct initial interviews and assessments to match candidates skills with role requirements
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical job specifications and organizational culture
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in HR, IT, or related fields
• Strong understanding of technical terminology and IT job market trends
• Proficient in applicant tracking systems and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred:

• Experience in recruiting for niche IT roles such as AI, DevOps, Cloud, or Data Science
