We are seeking a skilled Sr. Information Systems Engineer with a solid understanding on Computer networks, Cloud computing (AWS, GCP, Azure) with administrative experience on SaaS platforms namely Okta IAM, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure and Slack. Candidates should have handled new office movements with network administration including SaaS implementations and operations, audits, and have experience with Jira Software. The candidate should also have worked on Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms such as Jamf and Microsoft Intune, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the security team.

nWork Environment:

nOffice-based with Hybrid (Minimum 3 days in office)
nMay require occasional after-hours or weekend work for maintenance or urgent issues.

What you'll don

SaaS Administration:
n

nStrong understanding of managing cloud services namely AWS, GCP and Microsoft Azure.
nStrong understanding of Google Workspace tools and integration.
nBuild on existing downstream automation processes in place with Okta, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Slack and Google Workspace.
nExperience in building cost effective, efficient and secure cloud infrastructure.
nEnsure the availability, performance, and security of all SaaS applications.

nMDM Administration:

nProficiency on MDM platforms like Jamf and Microsoft Intune especially to build, administer and monitor endpoints.
nMaintain and evolve Okta Device Trust in a MacOS client-based environment.
nImplement and enforce security policies on trusted devices.

nEnterprise Networks:

nCore understanding of Installing and configuring network hardware not limited to ISPs, leased lines, switches, routers, firewalls and wireless access points.
nMonitoring network performance, system availability, and reliability.
nTroubleshooting and resolving network issues, including hardware and software problems.
nConducting regular network maintenance, including updating software and hardware.
nDocumenting network configurations, processes, and procedures.
nSupport network-related issues impacting SaaS applications.
nCollaborate on new initiatives with InfoSec and teams focused on Zero Trust

nSecurity Collaboration:

nWork closely with the InfoSec team to ensure SaaS applications, trusted devices comply with security policies.
nCollaborating with other InfoSec teams to develop and implement network security measures.

nAudit Participation:

nPrepare and provide documentation for internal and external audits.
nEnsure all Network Handles, SaaS applications and MDM tools are compliant with audit requirements.
nAddress audit findings and implement necessary corrections.

nJira Software and ITSM:

nCreate, update and customize Jira epics, stories, projects, workflows, and fields for implementations and anything ongoing.

This role requiresn

B. Tech, Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
n3+ years of experience in mentioned platforms
nProficiency with the Cloud and SaaS applications listed above, along with a solid understanding of general networking concepts.
nFamiliarity with security protocols and practices.
nExperience with audit processes and compliance requirements.
nKnowledge of Jira Software.
nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
nStrong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
nAbility to work independently and as part of a team.

Bonus points if you haven

Certifications in cloud platforms like AWS (AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator), GCP (Associate Cloud Engineer or Professional Cloud Architect), and Azure (Azure Administrator Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert).
n
nRelevant certifications in networking like CCNA, Network Plus (N+) and MDM tools.
nExperience in a security-focused role or working closely with security teams.
nKnowledge of additional SaaS tools and methodologies.
