What You'll Do

The Senior Manager of Information Security will manage a team of Security Engineers and Architects which promote the continuous improvement of security policies, tools, and processes to maintain compliance with applicable business, industry, and regulatory standards and is responsible for driving the roadmap of Provenir's Security Program.

Essential Job Functions

• Develop an Information Security strategy, plan, and initiatives/programs to improve the security posture of our Corporate IT and Commercial SaaS/PaaS based services.
• Design, develop, deliver, and maintain Information Security Roadmap specifically for the Cloud 2.0 portfolio of products, solutions, and service offerings.
• Hire and develop a team of Security Engineers who manage the policies, tools and processes supporting our ISO27001/PCI/SOC2 requirements.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions through daily standups, sprint planning, demos, retrospectives, spikes, and hackathons to deliver on prioritized backlog.
• Own and maintain the ISMS Library of Security Policies
• Own and drive the PCI and SOC2 annual audit & certification processes
• Report to the Information Security Steering Group on all security related matters on a regular and ad-hoc basis when required
• Communicate the information security policy to all relevant interested parties where appropriate, including clients
• Implement the requirements of the information security policy
• Manage risks associated with access to the service or systems
• Ensure that security controls are in place and documented
• Quantify and monitor the types, volumes and impacts of security incidents and malfunctions
• Define improvement plans and targets for the financial year
• Monitor achievement against targets
• Establish and maintain a continual improvement action list
• Report on improvement activities
• Identify and manage information security incidents according to a process
• Attend management review meetings on a regular basis
• Liaise with Client representatives on information security-related matters

Qualifications, Strengths and Skills

• 12-15 years of experience with Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience & certifications
• 7+ years of Information Security Leadership at a SaaS company
• Security Certifications e.g., CISSP/CISA/CISM/CEH/Security+ preferred
• Demonstrated leadership at an elevated responsibility in a fast paced, high growth environment
• Experience establishing and documenting compliance and risk policies and procedures
• Proficient level skills managing AWS, GCP, and Azure Cloud Infrastructure
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written
