Relevant experience in understanding social media trends on social media applications like Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, quora, etc.
Negotiations skills are a must-have
Has a keen eye for the latest trends in the market and a knack for research on creators, influencers, creator industry

Responsibilities
End-to-end negotiation with influencers
End-to-end coordination with influencers and closing them on their lowest prices
Analyzing all influencer data and making informed recommendations
Daily reporting and discussions with the internal team and business partners on requirements
Ability to negotiate hard on both barter and paid campaigns
Good connections with influencers, agencies, and celebrities to understand their real-time costing
Updating prices timely and regularly to ensure that the brands can access the prices on the dashboards for costing
Knows the in and out of different categories of creators and different verticals of industries around the same
Creative bend of mind and shouldn t be afraid to think outside the box
Fluent in Hindi & English- good communication skills
