Role Description
This is a full-time remote working role for an HR Manager at professionally managed education group. The HR Manager will be responsible for establishing and implementing HR policies and procedures, managing personnel, administering employee benefit programs, and overseeing HR operations.
Qualifications
- Manage the complete recruitment and selection process of employees all across the organisation
- Facilitate in the Joining and Induction of new employees.
- Provide all the necessary infrastructure support to the new joiners (Coordinate with IT Department for Computer System, creation of mail ids, seating arrangement etc)
- Maintain and update personal data and records of all the employees.
- Bridge the management and employee relations by addressing grievances or other issues
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the Vision of Organisation
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Manage Payroll through Attendance and Leave Management.
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training & development programs
- Maintain and Update the HR policies.
- Manage the HR systems and Processes.
- Plan for Employee Welfare and Engagement.
- Ensure the Statutory Compliances.
- Manage Day to day General Administration issues
