Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition Strategy:

Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top private bankers and wealth managers.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including headhunting, networking, job boards, and social media.

Candidate Sourcing and Screening:

Identify potential candidates through industry research, networking events, and referrals.

Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.

Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future needs.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with senior management and department heads to understand staffing needs and requirements.

Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and challenges.
