Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Join our growing US-based, small entrepreneurial staffing agency, which provides managed staff from the Philippines, India, and Latin America across various sectors, including marketing/advertising, accounting, Web development, and more.

What You'll Do:

• Source and develop a pipeline of candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and Bullhorn.
• Conduct Zoom interviews and evaluate candidates based on feedback and CV reviews.
• Act as the primary contact for candidate inquiries.
• Efficiently manage candidate data in our ATS and project management tools.

Who You Are:

1. Holder of a relevant bachelor's degree or possess significant experience.
2. Experienced with LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Office, and ATS (Bullhorn) systems.
3. Detail-oriented, with excellent organizational skills and a passion for recruitment.
4. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quotas.
5. Fluent in English (written and spoken) with BPO experience.
