Job Summary:
Hunarstreet is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Recruiter to lead our recruitment team while also contributing individually to the hiring process. This role requires both leadership skills to manage a team of recruiters and hands-on expertise in sourcing and recruiting talent for non-IT roles. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of using LinkedIn and other platforms to identify top candidates, coupled with the ability to drive end-to-end recruitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of recruiters to ensure recruitment goals are met.
- Collaborate with team members, sharing best practices, and driving continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
- Individual Contribution:
- Actively source, engage, and recruit candidates for IT and Non IT roles.
- Take full ownership of recruitment projects, from sourcing to placement, for key roles.
- Talent Sourcing:
- Proficiency in Linkedin Sourcing is a must to identify top candidates for IT and Non IT roles.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support future hiring needs.
- Candidate Engagement:
- Craft engaging outreach messages and job postings to attract candidates.
- Engage with potential candidates through InMail and other communication channels to create interest in the roles.
- Candidate Screening:
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidates qualifications and cultural fit.
- Review resumes and profiles to match candidates with suitable job opportunities.
- Data Management and Reporting:
- Maintain up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
- Generate and analyse recruitment metrics to improve team performance
Requirements:
- Any graduate: MBA preferred.
- 4-8 years of experience in recruiting for IT and Non IT roles, with a proven ability to manage both team and individual projects.
- Strong knowledge of hiring platforms like Linkedin, Naukri, Updazz, Indeed, IIM Jobs, Pyjama HR etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects independently and as a team leader.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
