Position OverviewThe Senior Manager of Human Resources will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. This role is critical in ensuring that our HR strategies are aligned with our business objectives, fostering a positive work environment, and enhancing organizational performance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR management within the textile or manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic HR Management: Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment and selection process to ensure we attract and hire top talent. Develop and implement strategies for workforce planning, talent mapping, and succession planning.
- Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment through effective employee relations programs. Address employee concerns and resolve conflicts in a fair and consistent manner.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance. Provide coaching and support to managers and employees on performance-related issues.
- Training and Development: Identify training needs and create development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth. Lead initiatives for employee engagement and retention.
- Compensation and Benefits: Oversee the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and alignment with business goals.
- Compliance and Policies: Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations. Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- HR Metrics and Reporting: Use HR metrics to analyze trends, make informed decisions, and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Diversity and Inclusion: Promote a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. Develop strategies to support diversity and inclusion initiatives.
- Health and Safety: Ensure a safe and healthy working environment. Collaborate with the health and safety team to implement safety programs and practices.
- Change Management: Lead and support organizational change initiatives, ensuring effective communication and minimal disruption.
Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role. Experience in the textile or manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
