We are looking for a highly motivated Sr.HRManager to lead the development and launch of our operations in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong entrepreneurial spirit, local market knowledge and experience in company registration. HR manager will play a vital role in ensuring that the new company is set up legally and effectively, paving the way for a strong workforce from the outset.

Job Responsibilities:
Understanding Legal Requirements: Familiarizing themselves with local labor laws and regulations related to business registration, including employment laws, tax obligations, and worker classification.
Business Structure Guidance: Assisting in determining the appropriate business structure (e.g., LLC, corporation) and its implications for HR, including liability and tax considerations.
Employee Registration: Ensuring that the necessary documentation for employee registration is prepared and submitted, including obtaining Employer Identification Numbers (EIN) for tax purposes.
Policy Development: Drafting initial HR policies and employee handbooks that comply with legal requirements and reflect the company's values and culture.
Benefits Setup: Researching and establishing employee benefits and compensation structures that align with the company's budget and goals.
Record Keeping: Setting up systems for maintaining accurate employee records as required by law, including payroll, benefits, and employment history.
Compliance Planning: Preparing for compliance with labor regulations by establishing policies for workplace safety, anti-discrimination, and employee rights.
Internal Communication: Planning how to communicate company policies and registration information to future employees to ensure clarity and transparency.
Training Preparation: Developing initial training programs to help new hires understand company policies and procedures, which may include compliance training.
Recruitment Strategy: Beginning to formulate a recruitment strategy that outlines the skills and roles needed as the company grows.
Payroll Processing: Running payroll on a regular schedule and ensuring that all calculations are accurate before processing payments.
Job requirements
1. Bachelor's degree or higher education.
2.Experience in setting up a outsourcing company in India from scratch & take care of the Indian team's HR operations.
3. Fluency in Mandarin language is required.
3. Ability to work under pressure, willingness to travel, and willingness to work in locations such as Mumbai or Bangalore.
